formywork.com offers 100'S of products at £0.00 cost, our customers will see this at the checkout. Where products cannot be set at zero cost, we will aim to offer the most competitive rates as possible even if it means absorbing some of the shipping cost.
Delivery Times
We value transparency with our customers. We are NOT a next day delivery service. Due to the nature of the products and where the supplier is located, delivery times vary.
We will always try to dispatch the goods from a supplier nearer to you. The average delivery times are around 11 consecutive days, but often is within 3 - 8 working days. Some items such as electric bikes & Treadmills or other items with electronic components may take up to 30 days to be delivered.
Tracking
Once you place your order, we will fulfil it within 24 hours. If your order contains multiple items from multiple suppliers, we will aim to ship only when ALL the items have been collated in one shipping bundle, However, depending on the supplier shipping policies, your order may be shipped at different times.
Once that is done, our fulfilment centre will inform you by email that your orders is on its way, the estimated delivery times and the tracking information.
