This brace offers the benefit of comfortably and gradually improve your posture in the short and long - term. In the short term it will immediately "force" an upright posture by gentling pulling the shoulders back and maintaining the upper back straight. In the long term, it will create muscle memory to the point that the user will no longer need to use the brace to maintain a healthy back posture.
